What are grape juice, concentrated musts and rectified musts, and what are they used for?
The grape juice is produced from selected red, rosé and white grapes, along with elegant varietal grapes that allow the production of PGI-designated juices such as: Moscato, Chardonnay, Malvasia, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Primarily from Puglia, but not exclusively, the concentrated must is always produced from selected white and red grapes. It is supplied according to the required analytical characteristics in Baumè/Brix. For red wines, the decisive element is linked to color intensity. They are primarily used in the international food industry. Slightly different in both taste and color is the concentrated must for balsamic vinegar production, unmistakable thanks to its characteristic amber color.
The rectified concentrated must (RCM) is the finest of concentrated musts. It is liquid sugar obtained from purified grape must concentrated at 60° Brix. Completely colorless, it is perfectly suitable for any sweetening purpose.

Thanks to the experience and reliability of our suppliers from Veneto, Emilia Romagna and Puglia, we respond to any request for standard NFC grape juice (not from concentrate) as well as fresh and/or organic. In Germany, our suppliers produce varietal juices such as Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and the red Dornfelder.
In Spain, our suppliers are certified by AENOR, SGF Irma and Organic Agriculture. In addition to traditional NFC Juices and sulfite-free juices, they produce both varietal and juices intended for children’s products, therefore completely organic. Of course, there are also varietal concentrated juices such as Grenache and Alicante and deionized juices, as well as Rectified Concentrated Must.
